Letter to Rommel
November 10, 1942
John McCormick
Mr. Rommel,
By now you may have heard the rumors of the killing in so called Nazi “death” camps. I regret to inform you these “rumors” are true Hitler has been using camps like Auschwitz and Majdanek to systematically kill hundreds of thousands of Jews and people who don’t agree with his ideals. Apparently Hitler blames the Jews for Germany’s loss during WW1 and is now taking his anger out on all who oppose him. He refuses to realize that Germany's loss rests with Hitlers predecessors who fought a war on two fronts which ultimately lead to Germany's defeat. Hitler must be stopped weather it be by the Allied powers or from inside Germany. The killing of innocent people must cease. Or Germany and it’s innocent civilians might have to face the same fate it did in WW1.
Thank you,
John McCormick
